About Us
Jerome's Kitchen (FB) started in 2014 with a love of cooking my 92 year young Grandmother's Southern recipes having inherited her hand written recipes collected over 80 years after she passed in 2014.
Adding her flare for southern foods to my hobby of cooking specialty dishes that has lasted more than 33 years. I learned to recreate regional specialties from my time living in the the South such as Ft Bragg, North Carolina, Miami, FL, Alexandria, LA, and Seale, Alabama...."Roll Tide".
With the introduction of the Mobile Food Truck market into Alaska, it was but a natural progression that I bring my creations beyond my circle of family and friends and share these flavor rich dishes while making new friends that will enjoy regional specialties from the lower 48 & give a little taste of home.

We do keep our price points affordable and service consistent by maintaining a smaller menu, but one with a variety of foods from around the country.
